Student Services

Our goal is for every student to succeed. To help ensure success for all, it is important for parents and students to understand the basic rules, regulations, and procedures of each school and of our school system. We encourage you to read our Code of Conduct linked above. If you have any questions, please contact your local school administrator or the Alexander City Board of Education.  Additionally, to keep parents and community stakeholders informed, Alexander City Schools makes available discipline records for the most recently completed school year. 

We also make available the CHINS Early Warning Program schedule. CHINS is a collaborative effort between the schools and the juvenile court to support students who are truant or at risk of becoming truant. The goal of the program is to help students and parents understand the importance of regular school attendance and to explain the next steps in the court referral process. Parents will be notified in writing if they are referred to CHINS.
